Managing blog posts
How to create and publish articles for /blog and /blog/your-slug.
What blog posts are for
Each post is an article on the website at /blog and /blog/your-slug.
The main area holds title, teaser, summary, and content. Authors, dates, and visibility live in the sidebar.
Main fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | Article headline on the index and detail page. |
| Teaser | Short copy for listing cards, meta description, and Open Graph (~160 characters max). |
| Summary | Lead paragraph or TLDR shown above the body — helpful for guests and AI summaries. |
| Content | Main article body (rich text). |
Drafts and publishing
- Use Save as draft while editing; drafts are not shown on the public website.
- Publish when teaser, authors, published date, and content are complete.
- At least one author is required before publishing.
Quality checklist
- Teaser should work on its own in a listing card and in search results.
- Summary should stand alone as a short intro above the article.
- Add descriptive alt text on the featured image in Media.
- Co-author order matches how you want names to appear on the page.
